Monterey County Sheriff's Office is lifting mandatory evacuation orders for Garrapata Trout Farm Rd. and Weston Ridge Rd (aka Garrapata Ridge Rd) excluding the driveway N. of Trout Farm Rd.
Palo Colorado Rd. and the driveway N. of Garrapata Trout Farm Rd. continues to be under an evacuation order.
People living in the White Rock area are also able to return home and the evacuation order for portions of Cachagua and Tassajara have now turned into warnings.
Cachagua Rd. between Nason Rd and Trampa Canyon Rd and Nason Road are still under an Evacuation Order.
The number of acres burned now stands at 55,600. That's nearly 87 square miles. The fire remains 40 percent contained.
