Watch: Salinas School Resource Officer reads ‘The Good Egg’
SALINAS, Calif. (KION) The Salinas Police Department has shared a video of one of its officers reading a children's book outside McKinnon Elementary School.
The video posted on social media Tuesday features School Resource Officer Lino Sanchez reading "The Good Egg" along with K-9 Oakley.
If you look to Officer Sanchez's left when the video pans out, you can spot a collection of stuffed animals and a small soccer ball on the patrol vehicle.
